Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the automation of supply chain processes using various technical tools.
  • Develop and maintain automated solutions using Microsoft Excel VBA, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Utilize KNIME for data integration and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Document processes and create user manuals for automated solutions.

Job Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and VBA for automation;
  • Previous exposure to Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation;
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting;
  • Knowledge of KNIME for data analytics and process automation;
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights;

  • Previous experience or coursework related to process automation or supply chain operations is a plus;

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your HR expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to HR Administration Team Leader, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

 

You will be accountable for delivering an outstanding employee and manager experience as part of our HR Operations Centre. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Handle service requests (e.g. creation of employee documentation, payroll related queries, support in recruiting, etc) via Salesforce portal, email, chatter and/or phone and processing these using the Case Management Tool and/or relevant HR systems;
  • Create and manage the employee documentation including archiving;
  • Ensure SAP / HR Connect data entry of organizational management and personal administration;
